Selection of decks of cards
Political decks of playing cards have been issued in Ukraine many times, and in my opinion, they are an indicator of a free society. This deck was printed in Odessa by the DELUXE Publishing Center. It's quite rare; I've never seen one for sale. It was a gift from the publisher. Most of the people in the deck are unknown to me.
Of the queens, I only know Yulia Tymoshenko, the heart. The kings are former presidents of Ukraine: Leonid Kravchuk, Leonid Kuchma, Viktor Yushchenko, and Viktor Yanukovych. The jokers represent Russian presidents Vladimir Putin and Dmitry Medvedev, and US presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama.
