In Spain, Italy, Germany and the countries were once colonies of these countries still figure on the cards shown in full length. In traditional Spanish and Italian decks and similar suits are called: swords, cups, denarius (coin) and wands (batons). At German cards suits are called acorns, hearts, bells and leaves.
